Established in 1991 to provide business management solutions, Mass became the world’s leading provider of Computer Integrated Facilities Management (CIFM) solutions, based on market leading software products and award-winning services. Originally Mass was established with one product. Today, Mass offers a complimentary portfolio of software products and IT services, all of which focus on improvements in business efficiency and business intelligence.

That first product, hailing from Massachusetts, USA (which explains the company name Mass) was ARCHIBUS, a facilities management software system that has developed over the years into the most up-to -date technology within the facilities management industry, improving asset control and property maintenance all over the world. Over the years, Mass has grown far beyond its original remit, developing and expanding its software and services portfolio, and now supports six business units, each individually catering to client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
