Asbestos was regularly used as a building material in the UK from the 1950's onwards. Any building constructed or refurbished before 2000 could house the material. Asbestos materials, when left undisturbed, are safe but can release dangerous fibres when disturbed, causing serious diseases if inhaled.
Mass Services offers comprehensive assessment of our clients' building and property portfolio to ensure compliance with Asbestos regulations. Our team undertake in-depth surveys to identify the location, assess the risk and assist with the ongoing management of any Asbestos material located on-site.
