ARCHIBUS V.19.1 represents a significant change and improvement to the ARCHIBUS product line.
It introduces a new “Run Anywhere” architecture that enables all ARCHIBUS programs to communicate using Web Services. Within the new architecture being rolled out are new application products to work with your data – the Smart Client and the Smart Client Extensions for AutoCAD and Revit.
The Smart Client applications allow remote offices and service providers to interact directly with enterprise workflows - eliminating the need to extract, duplicate, or email data and files.
Additionally, V.19.1 offers access to a new Web-based Energy Management application, and Web-based editions of the existing Environmental Sustainability Assessment and Hoteling applications. These Web-based applications can help organisations to reduce their carbon footprint and space needs; ultimately reducing the overall cost of occupancy.
We strongly believe this new architecture supports the working requirements of both ARCHIBUS workgroup and enterprise users, and will provide compelling reasons to upgrade to V.19.1.

Rationalises all of the ARCHIBUS commands in one ribbon bar, enabling greater speed of application and use to create a more convenient Facilities Management solution for all users.
Following the same format as the Smart Client, the Extensions position all generic ARCHIBUS commands, such as Data Edit or Number, in the one standardised ribbon for ease of use.
Enables intuitive management of your property to enhance your ‘green’ activities and manage your costly utility supplies.
Through this module, support savings of up to 5% can be achieved purely by reducing energy consumption and decreased peak-time usage.
Following scenario testing, remedial activities can be prioritised to undertake key actions that provide the greatest potential for cost savings and utility consumption savings.
