ARCHIBUS V.19.3 signals further expansion and improvement to the ARCHIBUS product line.
In this new version ARCHIBUS continues to expand on its comprehensive array of facilities management software solutions, introducing the new Web-based Green Building application as well as extending its Smart Client technology, which now supports Web- and Windows-based AutoCAD drawing access and management from any on-site or remote location.
Green Building Application: Helping Reduce GHG Emissions and Achieve Environmental Goals
ARCHIBUS Green Building is an extensively enhanced environmental application derived from the ARCHIBUS Total Environmental Asset Management System (TEAMS) product suite. Web-based Green Building has been completely revamped to improve both functionality and scalability and information generated from it seamlessly integrates into the standard ARCHIBUS database.
Smart Client Drawing Management: More Options, More Control
ARCHIBUS Web-based Smart Client and the Smart Client Extension for AutoCAD & Revit now include drawing management features accessible from the Drawing List tab of the ARCHIBUS user interface.
Additionally, V.19 offers access to a new Web-based Energy Management application, and Web-based editions of the existing Environmental Sustainability Assessment and Hoteling applications. These Web-based applications can help organisations to reduce their carbon footprint and space needs; ultimately reducing the overall cost of occupancy.

Through this module, support savings of up to 5% can be achieved purely by reducing energy consumption and decreased peak-time usage.
