IWMS Award Winners 2010

Mass clients see healthy returns at the IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Solutions) Awards in Boston.

As part of the ARCHIBUS Users Conference in the US earlier this year, entries for the IWMS Awards were requested from around the world, to identify the individuals within Facilities Management that are leading the way with their cutting edge CAFM solutions.

Mass were recognised for their ongoing support of the UK ARCHIBUS community and were delighted to see two of their valued clients publically recognised for the excellent deployment and ongoing management of their Facilities and Estates systems.

NHS National Services Scotland, through Joanne Mullings and Dawn Blackwood, have “implemented a world class maintenance management and Room Booking solution to streamline operations and enhance service delivery throughout National Services Scotland”, commented the judges.

South West Essex Primary Care Trust (SWEPCT), led by Ian Crockett “are using the new Lease Administration WEB CENTRAL application to administer the challenging process of renewing leases in the short term and providing all organisations involved in the chain with a WEB CENTRAL automated workflow which is driving best practice processes for lease renewals.”

SWEPCT are looking to progress further by adding a number of other WEB CENTRAL modules including Room Reservations, Move Management, and various Mass developed modules to effectively manage their ERIC, EstateCode and CIAMS responsibilities.
