Mass are delighted to announce a new partnership with leading Danish IT Company, Informi GIS. They specialise in the field of customised GIS, planning and management systems that integrate with existing IT platforms.
Founded in 1993, Informi GIS provide the Danish marketplace with world leading solutions including ESRI GIS and ARCHIBUS systems.
The partnership with Mass will enable Informi GIS to enhance their service offering by drawing on Mass’ vast experience of implementing ARCHIBUS, whilst enabling Mass to further enhance their product range by developing, in partnership, new solutions for the UK Facilities market. 
Leading high street retailer, TJ Hughes is to implement Mass’ Web Helpdesk solution to enable better control of all reactive maintenance activities. They are using the Mass hosted offering as their implementation environment.
With existing stores throughout the UK and a rapidly increasing portfolio providing customers with a wide variety of famous brand names at discounted prices, the management team within TJ Hughes recognised the importance of effective maintenance management.
By utilising Mass’ expertise in the area of Reactive Maintenance Web solutions, the business will streamline the contractor management process, enhance customer service, mitigate risks to visitors and reduce running costs.
