Recruitment consultants at Mass Recruitment are proud not to follow the crowd and so when you come to us as a candidate, we do not treat you as a number based on how many keywords you match.
During our recruitment process, we actually take the time to get to know you as a candidate, to find out how you work and then we look at where you can go from here. That means helping you to find a job that you are happy to turn up to every morning.
Once you have registered your CV with Mass Recruitment, we will then meet you in person in order to get a complete profile of you and your experience.
We will then discuss with you any jobs that might be available or potential clients that we think you might be of interest to. Should any of these ideas flash a few lights we will then, only with your permission, forward your CV to the appropriate company or companies. We do not send out information about a candidate without checking with that candidate first.
Should you be asked to attend an interview, we will be with you every step of the way. We can offer interview tips and advice and can provide examples of interview questions to help you prepare in advance.
