The University of Surrey and the University of Edinburgh kindly hosted the latest of Mass' ARCHIBUS User Group Meetings. Attendees travelled across the country to enjoy two days filled with presentations, updates, networking opportunities and of course, fine buffets.
Mass' clients benefited from an excellent ARCHIBUS Roadmap presentation which identified areas of development and discussed the improvements that Version 17.3 offers users. Alongside this, the Defence Support Group (DSG), HBOS, University of Surrey and University of Edinburgh all provided insights into the benefits that their solutions bring to their daily operations and reporting activities.
The feedback received from both events has been excellent, with users commenting on the benefit of working in partnership with Mass and their ARCHIBUS solution. Anita Hirani-Smith of the University of the Arts stated that Mass are both "professional and purposeful; Mass identify what the client wants then try and achieve these rather than selling products regardless of suitability."
These events, which Mass plan to host throughout the year, provide clients with a fantastic opportunity to network and learn how others are gaining benefits through their use of ARCHIBUS and other Mass Services.
ARCHIBUS is the world's number one solution for Total Infrastructure and Facilities Management and recently reported by Gartner as being a 'Leader' in their Magic Quadrant in the Integrated Workplace Management Solutions environment. Ailsa Lawson of the University of Surrey believes that the strengths of the ARCHIBUS solution for both the operational and reporting level are due to "the advantages the system has brought to us through the functionality, reliability and shared use of core data."
Mass also updated the guests on our 30% growth of revenue in 2008 and subsequent relocation and expansion into new offices in Wokingham.
In order to celebrate this recent move, Mass are welcoming their clients, partners and local business community to attend their Open Day on Tuesday 2nd June. The Mayor of Wokingham will officially open the venue and staff will be on hand to provide tours and information over a glass of Champagne and spot of lunch.
