The Building Condition Survey can be based on either Estatecode 2002 or DfES AMP Section 3: Condition Survey
A rating is identified for each survey aspect ie:
Building Mechanical & Electrical (which is based on a score for each element).
We also provide full budget costs for each item needing repair or replacement.
We have included a detailed risk assessment comprising the Safecode requirements of: Risk - Severity - Probability
This identifies the urgency of the remedial action:-
Building - Structure, External Fabric, Internal Fabric, Internal Fixtures, Roof, Gardens, External Roads, Sewerage, Water Supply.
Heating, Steam, Ventilation, Medical Gases, Water (H&C), Lifts, Fixed Plant, Boilers, Fuel Storage.
Electrical System, Telephone, Paging, Data, Alarms, Fixed Plant.
All data capture using hand held PDA & software is undertaken as part of the project to ensure data consistency between surveyors & systems. These use pre populated 'pick lists' to ensure data integrity.
All collected data can be populated into your software system to provide data management, management information and a range of standard reports.
