Mass Services Plant and Equipment Asset Audit provides a comprehensive survey of plant or furniture and equipment assets.

Data can be collected in formats compatible with most facilities management software, including ARCHIBUS, Genesys Evolution, CAM Explorer, etc.

Prior to commencement of the survey, comprehensive standards are agreed with the client.

Methodology

The Plant and Equipment Asset Audit follows a pre-defined methodology, this includes:

• Creation of plant or furniture and equipment catalogues
• Data collection using proformas or electronic data loggers
• Review and consolidation of the collected data
• Uploading the data into a specific database.

The following lists the normal data collection fields for an asset audit:

• Building
• Floor
• Room
• Barcode Number
• Furniture/Equipment Standard
• Serial Number
• Additional data fields as required
