Readiness Assessment

As part of the Consultation & Implementation, Mass Services undertake a thorough Readiness Assessment in order to best prepare for the project.

Services here include Business Case Preparation or Assistance, high-level requirements gathering and an assessment of your degree of preparedness for the forthcoming project which will typically cover issues such as:

Business Strategies - describes the current strategy and the context of the business case.
Processes
Options
Recommendations - based on analysis of risk, payback period and return on investment
Implementation - identifying who is involved, what is to occur, timescales and process
Status Assessment - focusing on the 5 key areas (Infrastructure, Training, Data, Reporting and Documentation)
Attribute Assessment - focusing on the 5 key areas (Business Processes, Hardware, Customer, Data Structure and Reporting)
The provision of a customer point of reference on which subsequent configuration or development is based

This process is undertaken to establish the specific configuration requirements so that the risks associated with the configuration or development can be quantified and quoted for.
