The School Suitability Assessment assists Head Teachers in the efficient reporting, understanding and identification of shortcomings in their school accommodation. The impact these issues may have on operational efficiency are also considered in order to remove potential constraints to them and their staff's daily activities.
The Assessment defines how well premises meet the needs of pupils, teachers and other stakeholders and how they contribute towards raising standards of education.
With the experience of Mass Services, the Assessment produces comprehensive, authorised and consistent information that is also supplied to the Local Authority for processing purposes.
In order to produce the comprehensive report, every room is assessed individually under the following areas:

The Results are entered into the statutory DfES forms for consistency of reporting and returned to the school for verification and approval by the Head Teacher before being passed onto the Authority.
