Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare with Mass Services

Mass Services Workplace Health Safety and Welfare survey confirms that the building environments that your staff and visitors frequent are safe and pose no threats to their health.

The survey is derived from the requirements of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. These are applicable to a wide range of workplaces and include the following:

This is a detailed audit that identifies areas of non-compliance and recommends the necessary remedial actions together with budgeted costs. By identifying whether staff and visitors are able to operate within a building without detriment to their wellbeing, the survey ensures that those on your property are safe from harm.

The survey also identifies further options for general improvements beyond the non-compliance issues so as to provide a guide for best practice and activities for future consideration.

The Process:

The Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare survey covers the following elements:

The Report:

All results are documented in our full written report which summarises the main conclusions, recommendations and options for improvements. The report details the full extent of compliance or non-compliance to identify urgent requirements.

Risk Assessments:

As part of the Workplace Health, Safety and Welfare survey, a full Risk Assessment is included so that hazards can be prioritised.

Budget Costs:

As part of the survey, full budget costs are identified to support you in the planning of necessary remedial work.
