Mass Services Workplace Health Safety and Welfare survey confirms that the building environments that your staff and visitors frequent are safe and pose no threats to their health.
The survey is derived from the requirements of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. These are applicable to a wide range of workplaces and include the following:
This is a detailed audit that identifies areas of non-compliance and recommends the necessary remedial actions together with budgeted costs. By identifying whether staff and visitors are able to operate within a building without detriment to their wellbeing, the survey ensures that those on your property are safe from harm.
The survey also identifies further options for general improvements beyond the non-compliance issues so as to provide a guide for best practice and activities for future consideration.
