Mass introduces a brand new mobile software system to help NHS Trusts' facilities management users to gather and analyse data for the National Standards of Cleanliness.
Running on easy to use handheld computers (Pocket PCs), Cleanliness MASSter (created by Mass Software) will help save time and increase efficiency when auditing your NHS Trust’s standards of cleanliness.
Easy to Use
Mass Software's Cleanliness software- like all of our product range- is designed to be easy to use. Benefiting from the very best in modern technology, Cleanliness MASSter from Mass Software also features a series of drop-down menus for increased speed and ease of use.
NHS users simply select location details (site, block, floor, room) and specify the name of the person carrying out the audit and the date. The display screen immediately shows details of the room’s risk category, room type and functional area.
To carry out the audit, users just select either ‘Acceptable’, ‘Unacceptable’ or ‘Not Applicable’ against each of the 40 specific standards to record the results for each room.
There is also a useful notes field to record additional information or any remedial work required.
At the end of the survey, audit results can be quickly output to the approved Excel-based Cleaning Audit Score Sheet ready for reporting your NHS Trust’s performance by functional area.
Easy Transfer of Data
When setting up the system, your NHS Trust’s location information can be readily imported into Cleanliness MASSter via your existing database, spreadsheets or estates and facilities management software.
User-definable fields allow each of the specific standards to be allocated a departmental responsibility (i.e. Cleaning Service, Estates or Nursing).
