Mass's Healthcare Estates MASSter is designed to assist with the completion of the Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC Returns). These now embrace the revised framework for performance management of the NHS estate and facilities.
Healthcare Estates MASSter works in conjunction with the ARCHIBUS Space Management and Building Operations Management modules. These look at key areas such as space utilisation and maintenance management where some of the high level operational indictors required by ERIC can be generated automatically.

Mass' Healthcare Estates MASSter also provides integrated business graphics integrated business graphics and graphical reports through its seamless integration with Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings.
It is proposed that all Trusts now take part in benchmarking within groups. Mass' Healthcare Estates MASSter is also intended to make it easier to generate benchmarking information in a standard format for comparison between Healthcare Trusts.
Mass' solution for NHS Trusts provides database forms for the collection of EstateCode data as part of our integrated Estates and Facilities Management software suite. Data required for EstateCode can be extracted from the relevant application software modules and held in an editable format. Mass also provides modular functionality to utilise the data held on a Trust's six facets (Six Facet Survey data) and proactively manage the improvement of issues relating to areas such as Physical Condition, Environmental Management and Space Utilisation.
