Mentoring and Coaching

This course focuses on realistic 'workplace learning'. It will consist of observing the delegates; giving them feedback and agreeing specific action plans to be implemented during their one-to-one sessions. By working individually with each delegate, the focus will be on developing their mentoring and coaching skills, energising their teams and improving performance. It will enable them to develop their own coaching skills, build a winning team and add value to business.
