Betfair are utilising Mass solutions based on core ARCHIBUS to enhance their desk management by dynamically integrating with SAP to import HR information for automatic population of individuals' desks. Desk utilisation is being recorded and reported using desk auditing hand-held tools to measure and control at their London and European based offices.

WTMS are presently tracking and charging back space costs to the various departments and tenants within their buildings. Mass have been instrumental in importing the drawings and setting up the data in the most efficient manner to ensure ease of use of the solution moving forward.

The successful implementation of Mass based solutions by the team at South West Essex PCT has produced an exemplary and innovative solution to managing lease renewals for the Trust. The team are now investigating additional WEB CENTRAL modules including Room Reservations and Move Management whilst using the solution to comply with ERIC, EstateCode and CIAMS requirements.
