A Dilapidations Survey confirms whether maintenance contracts have been carried out. and confirms the precise condition of a building prior to changes/sub letting.
When carrying out a Dilapidation Survey, each room must be considered individually to produce an overview of the buildings' condition. The areas of focus include:
Written Report
A detailed written report identifying any aspects that are in poor condition or that require immediate attention. We also note where
installations or aspects are in breach of current statutory
regulations.

Data Presentation
All data can be input into Mass Services own analytical software package which will allow a range of standard reports to be produced and the database updated on an ongoing basis as remedial works are completed.
