Functional Suitability Review with Mass Services

The Functional Suitability Review enables buildings to be compared with each other on the merits of the accommodation provided. It enables properties to be benchmarked to determine which have the 'best' and 'worst' facilities and provides an ideal baseline for comparisons, with running costs and other liability costs to aid the decision-making process.
