Pressure Systems Audit with Mass Services

The Regulations

Mass Services supply detailed Pressure Systems Audits that help owners and operators to comply with statutory obligations under the Pressure System Safety Regulations 2000, which requires a 'written scheme' to be produced for all pressure systems.

A Written Scheme includes:

Identification of plant / equipment
Parts of system to be examined
Examinations, inspections and tests to be carried out
Preparatory work required
Examination before first use of system
Maximum interval between examinations
Parts of system needing examination if modified or repaired
Name of person certifying written scheme and date of certification

The Audit

The Report

Mass Services include a Risk Assessment to help you to prioritise hazardous areas. We supply digital photographs to assist understanding of the problems. Our specially designed software allows continual monitoring of the register of components and systems and provides a comprehensive record of examinations.
