Mass’ Building Condition MASSter and ARCHIBUS provide the user with a powerful and versatile electronic data capture tool.
Data is gathered on site using a hand-held data logger following easy to use menus and a comprehensive list of options.
The user benefits from substantial time savings compared with traditional manual methods of data gathering.
The system takes the user through the survey using a series of options.
Information such as location, the element being surveyed, its condition and repair and maintenance requirements is recorded following user friendly prompts.
The details are then downloaded into ARCHIBUS, where the database is immediately up-dated enabling detailed, accurate reports to be produced direct from the CIFM system, including reports based on CAD drawings.
Mass’ Building Condition MASSter may also be used in conjunction with ARCHIBUS for condition-based maintenance.
Condition Survey is just one of a range of electronic data capture survey options offered by Mass, including Health & Safety surveys.
Input forms on the handheld dataloggers may either be one of Mass' 'off the shelf' options, or the user can define or design their own forms on one of the range of dataloggers available. These include Psion, Worthington and Palm machines.
