The Mass Facilities Management Software Support Centre is based in Bracknell, UK and covers a number of core facilities management software solutions. These include:

Operating as an Archibus and AutoCAD specialist, Mass Support is exceptionally well equipped to advise on their software.

Mass Support has developed an online call logging system which can be accessed via our website. This enables customers, wherever they are, to log, track and complete all of their support calls, via the internet.

Mass has formulated a ‘Mass Support Diamond’ contract for all your Archibus and AutoCAD requirements. The ‘Mass Support Diamond Plus’ contract enables customers to join additional services to their 'Diamond' contract, including items such as upgrade services, annual training programmes and on-site support work. This allows our customers to manage their annual support and service requirements with a yearly revenue budget.
