ARCHIBUS V18.1 - What's New:
This web based application allows you to create, manage and report on your space inventory. With this collaborative application, managers can plan for current and future space needs across the entire organisation. The benefits of using this application include increased work efficiency, location and utilisation of under used areas and identifying opportunities for consolidation to control costs.
The Service Desk Manager can now search Service Request and Work Requests using multiple criteria. Once located, these Requests can be forwarded to the relevant service providers, supervisors or work teams. The Service Desk Manager can now specify Time to Complete and Time to Respond down to the minute, rather than just hour, day, week or month.
