Influencing and Persuading Skills

As a manager, your job requires you to influence people at all levels. It may take the form of gaining support, inspiring others, persuading others to become your champions, engaging someone's imagination or building relationships. Excellent influencing skills require a combination of interpersonal, communication and assertiveness techniques. This course is designed to assess your own influencing style and discover how you can use techniques to adapt and build on your influencing skills to increase the impact you have on others.
