This 1 day course leads you through hands-on case studies to add a resource to the enterprise resource pool; plan for resource needs in future projects; staff resources on current projects; and manage resources to ensure they are fully utilized. Participants are also provided instruction on using Primavera’s collaboration functionality in the Personal Workspace.
